1. About Carlino Fashion
Carlino Fashion AB ('we', 'us', 'our'), Lövbrunnagränd 6, 187 53 Täby, Sweden, company registration number SE-559554-3769, operates carlinofashion.se, a curated secondhand luxury menswear and women's sneakers store based in Sweden. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Condition
All items sold on carlinofashion.se are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We describe each item's condition using our five-point grading scale (Fair / Good / Very Good / Excellent / Brand New), which is defined on our product pages. We make every effort to accurately represent each item through photographs and written descriptions.
As most items are unique and one-of-a-kind, availability cannot be guaranteed. Once an item is sold, it is marked as unavailable on the website.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item listed on carlinofashion.se is personally inspected and authenticated by our team before being offered for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece. If you believe you have received an item that is not authentic, please contact us at contact@carlinofashion.se and we will make it right.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless another currency is displayed for your market. For customers in the European Union, prices include Swedish VAT where VAT applies. Most pre-owned items are sold under the Swedish margin scheme for second-hand goods, which means that VAT is not stated separately on the invoice. For deliveries outside the European Union, Swedish VAT is deducted from the price, and any tax due in the destination country is payable by the customer in accordance with local rules.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the item under these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order. For example, if an item is found to be unavailable, if a pricing error has occurred, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, you will be notified by email and any payment will be fully refunded.
6. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete information on delivery, returns, and cancellations. In accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it at no cancellation fee. If the last day of that period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to complain about an item that is faulty or not as described.
7. Customs & International Orders
Customers within the EU are not subject to customs duties on their orders. For customers outside the EU, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Carlino Fashion AB bears no responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures, additional costs incurred, or refusals to pay applicable duties. Orders refused at customs are not eligible for a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on carlinofashion.se, including images, text, branding, and design, is the property of Carlino Fashion AB and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carlino Fashion AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, and our total liability shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer protection law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer resident in another country within the EU or the EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in, and to be sued only in, the courts of that country.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises and we are unable to resolve it between ourselves, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se or by mail at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. Consumers resident in another EU or EEA country may also contact the corresponding consumer dispute body in their own country.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
